TERMS, CONDITIONS & RULES
These rules are for the PHOTO CONTEST, the ESSAY CONTEST and the FREE
CONTESTS ("the Contest"). Entry into and/or voting in the Contest constitutes the entrants and/or nominators full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these rules, terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico &
other International Countries. Eligible entrants must be atleast 18 years of age. If entrant is under 18 years of age, the entrant must be represented by a parent or legal guardian.
PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN for the Photo Contest and
the Essay Contest. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN the Free Contests.
HOW TO ENTER and VOTE
Participants must enter at paydaycontests.com and voting will also take
place at paydaycontests.com. The entry form must be completed in its
entirety. No other method of entry will be accepted. All information provided
at the time of entry must be accurate and all required data fields in the entry
form must be complete, including a valid email address of which the entrant
is the authorized account holder at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder"
means the person to whom the email address is assigned by an Internet access or on-line service provider, or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain name associated with the email address submitted. Incomplete entries are void and ineligible. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of nominations submitted. PAYDAYCONTESTS, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, jumbled, damaged or illegible entries or votes, for any computer, electronic, telephone, cable, or network hardware or software malfunction or failures of any kind, for any other problems or errors in modes of transmission, or for any other human or technical error. By entering the contest, Entrant gives Sponsor permission to use his or her contact information to contact him or her concerning the contest, or concerning goods or services offered by Sponsor. Every on-line entry must
be from the Authorized Account Holder, as defined above, of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The use of any scheme, program or device to automate voting is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to tamper with or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest or tally of votes will, in the Sponsors sole discretion, result in the disqualification of the entrant and of any suspect votes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or vote, and to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend voting of the Contest. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.

If there is more than 600 entries
1st Prize is $4250, 2nd Prize is $500, 3rd Prize is $250
If there is between 599 and 499 entries
1st Prize is $3250, 2nd Prize is $400, 3rd Prize is $150
If there is between 498 and 399 entries
1st Prize is $2250, 2nd Prize is $300, 3rd Prize is $125
If there is between 398 and 299 entries
1st Prize is $1250, 2nd Prize is $200, 3rd Prize is $100
If there is between 298 and 199 entries
1st Prize is $750, 2nd Prize is $100, 3rd Prize is $75
If there is between 198 and 100 entries
1st Prize is $500, 2nd Prize is $75, 3rd Prize is $50
If there is between 99 and 26 entries
1st Prize is $250, 2nd Prize is $50, 3rd Prize is $25
If there is between 25 and 0 entries,
1st Prize is $100, 2nd Prize is $25, 3rd Prize is $10
For Essay Contests :
If there is more than 175 entries
1st Prize is an iPad™, 2nd Prize is an iPod™ Nano, 3rd Prize is a iPod™ Shuffle
If there is between 175 and 100 entries
1st Prize is an iPod™ Touch, 2nd Prize is a iPod™ Shuffle, 3rd Prize is a $25 iTunes™ gift card
If there are between 99 and 50 entries
1st Prize is a iPod™ Nano, 2nd Prize is a iPod™ Shuffle, 3rd Prize is a $25 iTunes™ Gift Card
If there is between 49 and 0 entries
1st Prize is an iPod™ Shuffle, 2nd Prize is a $25 iTunes™ gift card , 3rd Prize is a $10 iTunes™ gift card
For free contests :
If there are more than 50 entries
1st Prize is $50 cash, 2nd Prize is $25, 3rd place is $12.50.
If there are less than 50 entries
1st Prize is $25 cash, 2nd Prize is $15 cash, 3rd Prize is $10 cash.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. If a Winner does not respond to
the notification within twenty-four hours, or Winner does not meet all eligibility
requirements including signing the Affidavit and Release referred to below, an alternate
winner will be selected.
AFFIDAVIT AND RELEASE
Each Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and General
Release, which includes an affirmation of eligibility, a release and waiver of legal
claims, and consent to publicity. Failure to complete and sign the Affidavit of Eligibility
and General Release will result in forfeiture of the prize and its award to another
winner chosen by random drawing.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited
by law. By entering the Contest, the entrant, for him/herself and for his/her heirs,
executors, administrators, assigns and anyone else claiming by or through him/her,
waives, covenants not to sue and fully releases and forever discharges any and all rights, claims or causes of action whatsoever that he/she may have against Sponsor arising directly or indirectly out of entrants participation in the Contest. For purposes of this waiver and release, "Sponsor" includes PAYDAYCONTESTS, LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees. This waiver and release covers, without limitation, any damage, liability, cost, attorneys fees and expenses whatsoever, whether known or unknown and whether foreseeable or not. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in printing, the offering, or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.
